Ulinco manufactures mandrel-built hose using the latest technology available. Diameter and roundness are measured touch fit with laser during extrusion and after aramid fabric is applied. The computer automatically adjusts the speed of the extruder so that the product is within the tolerance range. Hoses with aramid reinforcement are produced in the dimensions from ID ø7mm to ø75mm and hoses without reinforcement in the range from ID ø4mm to ø150mm.
