Leading industrial circular connector specialist binder announces an M12 K-coded connector designed to suit a variety of industrial applications where the need to safely connect AC power whatever the environment is a key requirement. The new Series 814 M12 connectors are available in cable and panel mount variants.
The panel mount versions come with a 200mm wire length as standard while the cable connector version can accommodate cable diameters from 8 to 13mm – single AWG 16 style wires.
The new field assembly M12 power connector is available in male and female versions with K (AC power) coding in accordance with IEC 610776-2-111 and is designed for screw clamp termination.
Available with 4+PE gold plated contacts, the M12 connector will handle up to 12A. Rated voltages are up to 630VAC.
Designed around a plastic housing and die cast zinc locking ring, the new M12 connector is rated up to IP68 when mated.
