Business Development Manager

The Business Development Manager will develop relationships within target customer to penetrate organization and open doors to new business opportunities in the Nordic region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for pursuing business to ensure competitive take-away, market share growth and prime strategic positioning for future business successes, with a broad focus on our Regional as well as Global capabilities and services. Nature of Duties Develop new customers and grow existing customers for Sanmina’s Regional and Global Business Units. Aggressively attacking business to ensure competitive take-away, market share growth and prime strategic positioning for future business successes. Accountable for meeting and exceeding sales revenues targets set. Identify, qualify and close new business in line with set quotas and engage appropriate resources from cross-functional teams to ensure successful business execution.

Education And Experience

BA or BS qualified

5+ years sales, commercial experience successfully exceeding quota with larger revenue responsibilities

Knowledge of CM/EMS industry with background in Manufacturing with an understanding of global Supply Chains

Excellent MS Office skills

Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation and interpersonal skills

Experience working with vast remote cross-functional teams in large matrix organizations

Strong organizational skills with excellent ability to prioritize, multi-task and organize

Location preferably in Sweden, but other Nordic countries could be optional

Fluent in English and Nordic language (-s) is a requirement
