Missions
• Build a portfolio of manufacturing corporates across Northern Europe and identify the most promising companies aligned with our mission, strategy, and value proposition
• Work with those companies to understand their manufacturing needs, challenges, decision making processes
• Identify and evaluate potential collaboration opportunities with startups and manufacturing corporates, with a focus on facilitating the collaboration
• Connect startups to potential customers, enabling the startups to grow commercially
• Identify and evaluate potential investment opportunities in Industry 4.0 startups
• Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including startups, corporates, ecosystem actors, investors, customers and partners
• Consult and support transformation projects and change management
Qualifications
• A master’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field e.g. business management, engineering, finance
• Minimum 3 years of post-graduate experience
• Fluent in English; another Northern language is a plus
• An understanding of Industry 4.0 trends and the challenges
• Exposure to the innovation ecosystem
• The capacity to negotiate, win deals, and generate commercial revenues as well as build long-term relationships with a diversity of stakeholders
• Previous experience from business development, an understanding of the public- private partnerships environment and/or experience with EU-funded projects or Public financing institutions is a plus
