Elisabet Österlund, chairman of the Swedish Electronics trade association, has many years of experience from tech-companies and the semiconductor industry. Elisabet has held leading positions in EG Electronics, Nord-Lock and Lagercrantz Group. She is the co-founder and innovator of Strainlabs.

Jan Grahn is a professor in microwave electronics at Chalmers University of Technology. He has extensive experience of collaborations between academia and industry in the electronics sector. Jan Grahn initiated and led the research initiative GHz Centre 2007-2021, a collaboration between Chalmers and twenty companies in telecom, defense and space. His research specialty is low-noise transistor technology.

Karolina Kazmierczak works in projects within the circular economy with a focus on methods, working methods, tools for flow optimization, cost-effective dismantling and improved indoor and outdoor environments. One of Karolina’s areas of expertise is battery recycling.

Kent has many years of experience in business development in leading positions and has previously, among other things, been regional manager at the West Swedish Chamber of Commerce, business manager in Kungälv municipality and marketing manager at Åbytravet.

Marie is an engineer with 10 years of experience in product development, with a particular focus on organizational and process development. In parallel, she has also created the foundation Womengineer to encourage more female engineers

Michael Schön is an aerospace engineer and has worked for 20 years within the space industry; with 15 years at the international governmental European Space Agency (ESA/ESTEC) near the Hague, Netherlands with development of earth observation satellites, scientific satellites, Mars Rover, etc in collaboration with other space agencies and space industry prior joining Volvo Cars.

Patrik Andersson is CEO of Business Region Göteborg, which is responsible for business development in the City of Gothenburg and represents 13 municipalities in the region. He has previously, among other things, held several leading positions in the banking sector.

Zara Zamani is the Chief Solutions Officer (CSO) of the leading Nordic blockchain company, ChromaWay and Co-Founder of Neoki Metaverse. She has multiple years of experience in designing blockchain platforms in tourism, healthcare, logistics, foodchain, energy, gaming, DeFi, DAOs, and now metaverse and fashion industries.
