You will work with design, construction and testing of both analog and digital circuits for various applications and be involved in the entire design process from identifying the needs and creating design specifications to verifying the circuits.
You get support from more experienced colleagues and the tools needed to succeed in the role.
We are looking for you who have;
– Master’s degree in engineering in, for example, technical physics and electrical engineering, computer technology with a specialization in electronic design or equivalent.
– Previous experience with ASIC design, for example from studies
– Good understanding of basic electronics design
– Very good knowledge of Swedish and English in speech and writing
As a person, you are curious, driven and able to work independently. You have good analytical skills while being a team player. To succeed in the role, you have a genuine interest in technology and electronics and want to develop and become a full-fledged ASIC designer!

As a test engineer with us, you are involved in the verification of new ASICs and development of production test solutions for volume production. You will work closely with the developers who design new circuits but also work closely with production. In production there is equipment for component handling in volume production, also equipment for disc testing. We are currently modernizing our test platform and continuing that process will be an important part of your work.
We are looking for you who have documented experience in test development. Experience in analog and mixed-signal ASIC test development is advantageous. You should have good knowledge of electronics, programming, statistics and measurement data analysis. Experience in component test and board test is desirable. Basic knowledge of semiconductor physics and analog integrated circuits is an advantage.
The position requires good ability to communicate in Swedish and English in speech and writing.

You get to be involved in the entire process from specification discussions to the delivery of circuits for production. We work in teams with a focus on the customer’s needs and design circuits that give our customers the competitive advantage they need to be world leaders in their field. The development work involves meetings with the customer’s design team, as our ASICs are usually part of a larger and complex system.
You need documented experience in Analog and Mixed signal ASIC development. Good knowledge of construction at the transistor level and an understanding of semiconductor physics are also needed, as well as construction experience of analog circuits, such as amplifiers, comparators, bandgap references, voltage regulators, A/D and D/A converters. Experience working with schematics and simulation tools. Knowledge in the layout of integrated circuits is advantageous.
